At Cafe Beat, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, accessories, and invoice must be included
- Product should not be physically damaged due to misuse
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged products
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your order number and product images/videos
- After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund
Refund Process
Once your return is approved and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 5ā7 business days
- Refunds for COD orders are sent via bank transfer or mobile wallet
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products only, subject to stock availability.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns
- Cafe Beat covers shipping costs for wrong or defective products

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
