At Cafe Beat, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, accessories, and invoice must be included
  • Product should not be physically damaged due to misuse

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share your order number and product images/videos
  • After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds for COD orders are sent via bank transfer or mobile wallet
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products only, subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns
  • Cafe Beat covers shipping costs for wrong or defective products

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
